Palo Santo | A Grade
1. Prepare your space by ensuring good ventilation; open windows to allow smoke and fresh air to flow.
2. Light the Palo Santo at a 45-degree angle and let it burn for about 30 seconds, then blow out the flame to produce smoke.
3. Purify your space by moving around the room with the smoking stick, focusing on corners and hidden areas.
4. Set intentions by visualising the smoke clearing negativity and bringing in peace and positivity.
5. Safely extinguish the stick by placing it in a dish
